Dear Peace Families, Friends, and Visitors; |
|
After our long winter now the time is just flying. It seems impossible that May has arrived. This month brings times of benchmarks in our parish school life, especially this year as we celebrate our springtime tradition of the May Procession; bid farewell and best wishes to the Class of 2008; proudly watch our PK4 and K students move up; enjoy the music students' recitals; and extend our gratitude to Father Frank (as he assumes his new role at St. Alphonsus Parish) and Kindergarten Aide Mrs. Linda Krone (who will retire this year).
Before the dismissal of school we hope to introduce Father Chris Turner to our wonderful student body and faculty. Father Turner will serve as our new parish shepherd.
We extend a warm congratulations to Mrs. Kirchner, our fourth grade teacher. She was selected as the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Year. Well deserved!
Welcome, Mrs. Nancy DeFazio! Mrs. DeFazio is filling in this spring as our kindergarten aide.
