The TerraNova Standardized Test 2011:

The TerraNova measures a student's relative performance in a variety of subjects against children in their own grade. It includes a wide range of subjects, including science, social studies, spelling, reading, language and mathematics. Recently, the TerraNova has been updated to reflect the testing environment standards put into place in many states to comply with the No Child Left Behind Act.

All of our students grade K-8 scored higher than half of their peers nationally.

    83.1% scored in the top 2 quartiles

53% scored in the highest quartile

Physical Fitness Test 2010-11

At Our Lady of Peace we test the overall fitness of our students in order to promote active and healthy lifestyles – healthy habits.

We emphasize that we all need to be life long learners, just as we all need to keep active and physically fit.

Nearly 90% of our students passed the physical fitness assessment. The breakdown is as follows:

Pacer – 99%   Sit-ups – 76%            Flex-arm hand & Pull-ups 87%           Sit & Reach 90%
