Principal's Piece
 Welcome to Our Lady of Peace. As principal, I am always thrilled to shared the good news of our parish school community.
For the past 24 years in my adminstration role, I continue to be most grateful for the commitment of our faculty and our families. This quality focuses on the total formation of each child. This apsect lays the foundation for our continuing progress and success.
In the year of 2010 our school was honored nationally as a National Catholic School of Tommorrow for our innovations in education. Upon receipt of the news I jumped for joy. That same feeling has not faltered. Our mission to provide life learning is reflected in the faith and tradition expressions; academic and technology programs; and artistic experiences. It is my hope that as you visit our school electronically you can capture the flavor and essence of the People of Peace.
At Our Lady of Peace we are surrounded by amazing leaders. Whether they be parishioner, teacher, parent, student or community investor, I count all of these people in my blessings in my life at Peace. I'm grateful for all and anticipate only good things to follow.

Catching the bus to school. Marshall and Ohio County School busing is an option for many of the OLP families.
Providing an education to inspire the whole child is key. We welcome a variety of learning opportunities outside of our text books, computer labs and classrooms. Fine Arts, faith, spiritual opportunities, and athletics/physical experiences are embraced by the school community as part of a child's total growth and learning.
 
Food for the Heart, Soul, Mind: The World in Music & Art
Oct. 1, showcases Mansfield Five for all grades during our Family & Friends Day American Holiday Celebration.
Oct. 20, features Ricardo McDonald for grades 5-8.
Dec. 21, the CLO Mini Stars will grace our stage for all grades during our Holiday Dinner Theater.
Feb. 4, all of our students will focus on Washington and the Gallery of Heroes.
May 18, we will showcase our own OLP piano, guitar, and bell choir students at our Fine Arts Reception/Recital.
We are most pleased to offer these and many other new horizons for our students! We hope you too are able to join us.
